the data-transmission capacity of its Global IP Network between Japan and the United
States to an industry-leading 600 gigabits per second (Gbps). The new capacity, equivalent
to approximately 35,000 channels of digital terrestrial television or more than five
centuries' worth of content in a daily newspaper, further enhances the company's
leadership in Tier-1 trans-Pacific IP connectivity.
NTT Com's global IP backbones are connected to fixed and mobile telecom companies,

NTT Com launched the precursor of its current Global IP Network Service with a 45
megabits per second (Mbps) service in 1997. U.S.-Japan bandwidth was dramatically
increased to 1 Gbps when the company acquired Verio and its Tier-1 IP backbone in 2000.
NTT Com became the first network provider to measure network-latency variability with a
jitter-type service level agreement (SLA) in 2005. The reliability of the NTT Com Global
IP Network was capably demonstrated in December 2006, when network traffic was rerouted

DealerTrack and Internet Brands Form Joint Venture to Provide Industry Leading Data Solutions to the Automotive Market

International Lunar Observatory Association Demonstrates Lunar-Based Observation / Communication Device from Summit of Mauna Kea, Hawai'i
An international community of scientists is testing a privately sponsored optical space telescope that will be launched to the Moon and deliver back first ever astronomical images from the lunar surface
WAIMEA, Hawai'i, Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Lunar Observatory Association (ILOA), led by American businessman / educator Steve Durst, plans to place an astronomical observatory on the Moon by 2014 that will capture never before seen images of the Galaxy, Stars, Moon and Earth.
On December 18th-20th, a Global Demonstration of the International Lunar Observatory precursor instrument (the 'ILO-X') took place on the Summit of Mauna Kea, hosted by the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope (CFHT), when science teams from around the world accessed the instrument over the internet and operated it as if it were on the Moon. Astronomers from the USA mainland, Hawaii, China, India, Canada, Japan, Europe and Africa are part of this historic demonstration of international collaboration in space exploration enabled through the commercial space sector.
The ILO-X is expanding the model of commercial space investment to the Moon to do science, education, exploration and commercial activities - such as Lunar Broadcasting of Space Calendar through affiliated Space Age Publishing Company. HOLLAND, Ohio, Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Nationwide wireless service provider Page Plus Cellular today launched a new monthly cell phone plan aimed at budget-conscious and lower-use customers, called the 12plan. The 12 plan provides 250 voice minutes, 250 text messages and 10 MB of data for just $12 per month.
The company said that the no-contract 12 plan will fill a need for customers whose cell phone usage does not warrant a larger, more expensive plan. (18% vs. 7%).

generations. Americans who are 45 and older are more likely than
18-44-year-olds to admit they feel frustrated (30% vs. 25%) and
challenged (31% vs. 24%) when relying on paper-based instructions to put
things together.
-- Parents Struggling: Unfortunately, many parents may be at a loss for
what to do when they have to put together their child's toys this
Christmas. Only 32% of parents feel confident when tasked with product
assembly instruction manuals.
