**1. BUILDING: APPEALS COULD IMPROVE ARBITRATION PROCESS. John Slates, Dallas attorney and head of the Construction Practice Group at Gardere Wynne Sewell: "The Supreme Court of Texas recently issued a ruling that could help solve one of the major complaints about the arbitration process -- the lack of any real right of appeal of a runaway award. The Nafta Traders Inc. v. Quinn ruling could have a significant impact on the construction industry, which historically has relied heavily on arbitration to solve disputes. Previously, once parties submitted a dispute to arbitration, that ruling was generally binding, with no opportunity for judicial appeal of the arbitrators' application of the facts or the law. Now, as long as both parties agree when the original contract is signed that it will be covered by the Texas Arbitration Act, the parties can provide for judicial review of arbitration awards on the terms provided for in their contract. In many ways, the Nafta Traders decision allows construction companies in Texas to get the best of both worlds." News Contact: Rhonda Reddick, rhonda@androvett.com Phone: +1-800-559-4534
**2. BUILDING: ENERGY STAR CERTIFICATION MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. Kerri Bonarrigo, residential sales director for The Mayo Group, developer of Gordon's Woods in West Roxbury, Mass.: "Gaining Energy Star certification has been extremely important to this project. The air quality and overall indoor environment within our buildings is much healthier compared to non-certified residences. In addition, our residents will save significantly on monthly utility bills and HOA fees, while the building itself will retain greater value over the long-term. Energy Star certification means that Gordon's Woods conforms to strict rules for energy-efficiency that make the condominiums at least 15 percent more efficient compared to homes built according to the 2004 International Residential Code. Energy Star-certified homes include additional features that conserve 20 to 30 percent more energy than the average home." News Contact: Lucia Scott, Lucia@exposeyourselfpr.com Phone: +1-617-797-9869
**3. BUILDING: LOW-MAINTENANCE GROUND COVER. Brian Kearney, owner of Neponset Valley Construction in Norwood, Mass.: "Historically, the American dream tends to involve a well-cared-for home situated in lush landscape with carpets of green grass. Unfortunately, the reality of that dream is that grass can be hard to manage and quite costly. Watering grass, especially during a drought, can be a huge waste of water and is sometimes not permitted through city and town ordinances. Fertilizers can be dangerous to pets and wildlife, often running off into local water supplies. To avoid these problems, consider alternatives, including creeping perennials, clover, ornamental grasses, and flowers and shrub beds. A traditional lawn can be beautiful, but there are other alternatives out there." News Contact: Lucia Scott, Lucia@exposeyourself.com Phone: +1-617-797-9869
**4. BUSINESS: SEC MAY REQUIRE DISCLOSURE OF DATA BREACHES. William Katz of the Dallas office of Thompson & Knight: "With identity theft and online fraud rapidly increasing, federal legislators are urging the SEC to require public companies to disclose any instances or attempts to breach corporate data. The Senate's Commerce Committee also wants corporations to regularly disclose corporate efforts to reduce security risks and prevent cyberattacks. Many companies are understandably reluctant to reveal failed data breaches, believing that disclosure will actually increase their vulnerability. There's also a healthy fear that disclosures can negatively affect the value of a company's stock. A 2009 study found that 38 percent of Fortune 500 companies did not mention privacy or data security exposures in their annual 10-K filings, and only 7 percent of public companies fully encrypted their confidential data. However, these requirements are likely to be politically and publicly popular, so companies should begin planning for their adoption." News Contact: Barry Pound, barry@androvett.com Phone: +1-800-559-4534
**5. BUSINESS: VERDICT SHOWCASES DANGERS IN CHALLENGING THE FCPA. Paul Cohen, an international litigator who recently joined the New York office of Thompson & Knight: "The recent criminal conviction of a California company marked the first jury verdict in 34 years involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and the first ever against a corporation. In the case, Lindsey Manufacturing and two top executives were found guilty of bribing officials of a Mexican utility company in order to win $19 million in contracts. Hundreds of entities have faced FCPA investigations during the past few years, but each targeted company has pleaded guilty or settled charges before trial. Companies find it very difficult to fight the FCPA, and indictments are generally viewed as a corporate death sentence. All the incentives in the DOJ prosecution guidelines are stacked in favor of making a quick and complete mea culpa. This verdict may well compel other corporate targets to think twice before putting up a fight." News Contact: Barry Pound, barry@androvett.com Phone: +1-800-559-4534
**6. FINANCE: MORTGAGE REJECTED? Chip Poli, CEO of Poli Mortgage Group based in Norwood, Mass.: "Finding financing can be tough, even for prospective home owners with great credit that are looking to purchase a home they are more than qualified for. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have increased their standards when it comes to backing the average mortgage, and banks are hesitant to fund a loan without that guarantee. Requirements, like a high credit score, do not guarantee loan approval. There are a number of factors that are considered. Each situation, each different property type demand different approval standards. In order for consumers to heighten their chances of homebuying success, it's important to work with an experienced loan officer." News Contact: Lucia Scott, Lucia@exposeyourselfpr.com Phone: +1-617-797-9869
**7. REAL ESTATE: MEETING THE NEEDS OF TODAY'S BUYER. Lisa Johnson Sevajian, vice president of Coldwell Banker in Andover, Mass.: "Buyers seeking move-in ready homes are really looking for the perfect house. Dated paint colors are enough to turn them off; the same goes for painted cabinets claiming to be updated, along with any countertops besides granite. Hardwood floors seem to be a must, and updated windows and modern bathrooms are two huge pluses. Buyers seem to get pickier each year and lately demands seem to increase by the month. These days, move-in ready means professionally cleaned, freshly painted and belonging-free." News Contact: Lucia Scott, Lucia@ExposeYourselfPR.com Phone: +1-617-797-9869
**8. SCIENCE: METHANE FOUND IN WATER NEAR FRACKING SITES. Cynthia Bishop, environmental group partner in the Dallas office of Gardere Wynne Sewell: "A recently released study from Duke University has linked potentially toxic levels of methane in drinking water to nearby natural gas drilling sites. While some have been quick to point fingers at the controversial process of hydraulic fracturing, or 'fracking,' the study does not necessarily support those conclusions. The Duke University study notes that although there is methane in the drinking water, there is no evidence of fracking chemicals. It may seem to be splitting hairs, but it is an important distinction to make that the study concluded that the elevated methane was more likely caused by leaky well casings than the actual fracking process." News Contact: Rhonda Reddick, rhonda@androvett.com Phone: +1-800-559-4534
**9. WORKPLACE: SUING OVER WAGES? THERE'S AN APP FOR THAT. Audrey Mross, labor and employment attorney at Dallas-based Munck Carter: "The U.S. Department of Labor has launched a smartphone app that allows workers to log their hours worked, including overtime. Since accurate records are often critical for both sides in wage-and-hour disputes, the emergence of the DOL's iPhone and iPad app serves as another reminder that employers are ultimately responsible for complete and accurate time-keeping records, even if the task is delegated to individual workers. Accurate records can make or break a wage-and-hour dispute. If an employer's records are nonexistent or in poor shape, labor department investigators are more likely to place more credibility upon the records kept by an employee using a smartphone." News Contact: Robert Tharp, robert@androvett.com Phone: +1-800-559-4534
**10. WORKPLACE: TALKING ABOUT OSAMA BIN LADEN AT WORK. Shanti Atkins, Esq., president and CEO of ELT, the leading specialists in ethics and compliance training: "With the recent death of 'the world's most wanted terrorist,' employees rejoicing over Osama bin Laden's death are sure to use the workplace as a forum for fiery political debates centering on the Muslim faith, the Middle East and what it means to be an American. These extremely risky discussions centering on national origin, ethnicity and religion often lead to severe workplace tensions, productivity problems, and potential claims of harassment and discrimination." As many Americans feel deeply protective of their indelible "American right" to express opinions and engage in conduct that can squarely violate workplace policies -- and potentially the law -- Atkins can discuss the boundaries of "free speech" when it comes to acceptable behavior in the workplace. FRESNO, Calif., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless announced today that it is bringing the world's first large-scale 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) network to Fresno on June 16. Customers in downtown Fresno, North Fresno, Clovis, and the surrounding residential areas with 4G LTE smartphones, laptop modems and hot spots will be able to take advantage of speeds up to 10 times faster than the company's 3G network.

The company is rapidly building out its 4G LTE network, and is on course to deliver 4G LTE to its entire 3G wireless footprint by the end of 2013.
As the first wireless company in the world to broadly deploy game-changing 4G LTE technology, Verizon Wireless is committed to building its 4G network with the same performance and reliability for which it has long been recognized. Verizon Wireless' consistent focus on reliability is based on rigid engineering standards and a disciplined deployment approach year after year. The company's 700 MHz spectrum gives Verizon Wireless specific advantages with 4G, including a contiguous, nationwide network license.
Verizon Wireless operates the nation's fastest, most advanced 4G network and largest, most reliable 3G network. New Internet Protocol Will Enable Continued Innovation
ST. LOUIS, May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) is preparing for participation in World IPv6 Day on June 8, 2011, enabling IP version 6 access and transit services to select users throughout Charter's service areas. IPv6 will enable billions more devices to connect to the Internet as the number of IP version 4 network addresses are rapidly dwindling.
World IPv6 Day is a global "test flight" of IPv6, the next-generation Internet Protocol designed to support continuing growth of the Internet and enable improved innovation of IP-based services. Sponsored by the Internet Society (ISOC), Charter and other major service providers, content providers and web sites are joining forces to enable IPv6 Internet connection technology for 24 hours. The goal is both to raise awareness of this major step in the evolution of the Internet, and to gather data on IPv6 readiness. Activity throughout this test day will in no way affect routine Internet use, and Internet users do not need to take any action at this time. Charter will provide more information on IPv6 deployment as we approach full deployment in 2012.
"Users and applications of the Internet are rapidly growing, and IPv6 will enable Charter and our industry to continue to drive innovation," said Don Detampel, Charter's Executive Vice President, Technology and President, Commercial Services. "The adoption of IPv6 requires a joint effort by the worldwide networking community, and we enthusiastically join with our customers, peers, partners, suppliers and competitors in working together to make this a success."
Internet Protocol, or IP, is the "language" spoken across the Internet and across almost all private data networks. The version of IP currently in use (IPv4) is nearly 40 years old, and was not built to sustain the plethora of new network devices and systems, from laptops, tablets, and smartphones to servers in corporate data centers. IP version 6, or IPv6, opens up a vast capacity to support new network devices and services for the foreseeable future, and eliminates the technological tricks that have been used for more than a decade to shore up IPv4. The results of IPv6 adoption will be a more unified means of networking and accelerated innovation of network services.
"We are focused on delivering the best experience to our customers, guaranteeing quality products and service," Mr. Detampel said. "Our participation in the World IPv6 Day test will give us the information we need to insure that our customers are ready for broad IPv6 deployment."
In this early phase of deployment, users may check whether their devices are ready for World IPv6 Day in advance of June 8 by visiting http://test-ipv6.com/. If users do detect issues with their IPv6 readiness, the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) publishes troubleshooting information on its website: http://www.getipv6.info/index.php/Customer_problems_that_could_occur. In particular, users are advised to visit their manufacturer's website to upgrade their operating systems, web browsers, and home routers to the latest software versions.

Sunmark Federal Credit Union Creates Duck Pirates Video Game
New application to raise funds to benefit area food bank
LATHAM, N.Y., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Sunmark Federal Credit Union, a full-service, community chartered credit union serving those who live and work in Albany, Schenectady, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schoharie and Rensselaer counties, has created a mobile video game application as part of a year-long fundraising effort to benefit the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.
The new mobile game, officially titled Duck Pirates, has been created by Sunmark to offer a fun and engagingway to raise funds and awareness for the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. This is the first of three versions of the game that will be used for fundraising in support of Sunmark's charitable partnership with the Food Bank.
"We feel that we have created a uniquely appealing product that will help Sunmark enhance contributions for the Food Bank while creating a revenue stream for future charity partnerships for the Credit Union," said Sunmark Federal Credit Union President and CEO Bruce M. The game, patterned after Angry Birds, pits the Sunmark duck against the angry pirate monkeys. The main objective is for players to hurl projectiles at the monkeys knocking them off their perch and then capturing the treasure while obtaining the highest score.
"This type of game is certainly a first for us," said Mark Quandt, Executive Director of the Regional Food Bank. "What a unique and fun way for a company to raise funds for the Food Bank. We are very excited to be Sunmark's adopted charity this year and to partner with them on various activities to raise funds, food, and awareness to support the work of the Food Bank."
The application is free to download and encourages people to make a small donation and share the game through Facebook. Jefferson County Hospital Looks to Custom Software Systems for Automation Upgrade
Hospital chooses enterprise-wide solutions including ChartSmart emr®
NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jefferson County Hospital has selected the solutions of Custom Software Systems, including document management, lab modules and ChartSmart Electronic Medical Records, as the Fayette, Mississippi facility launches an ambitious automation upgrade promising a swift return on investment while providing significant improvements to the hospital's quality of care.
"With the clock ticking on the stimulus, we knew this was the time to make the change, and Custom Software was the company we wanted to help us make it," said Jefferson County Hospital Administrator Jerry Kennedy in his announcement.
The hospital has been using Custom Software's core financial solutions for nearly two decades, part of a fiscal management style that has yielded a strong financial position for the rural Southwest Mississippi facility. The hospital is also embarking on a major physical expansion; both endeavors will be paid for by cash reserves, with much of the technology investment to be returned quickly since ChartSmart has been certified as 2011/2012 compliant by Drummond Group, an ONC-ATCB, and will thus allow the hospital to meet meaningful use guidelines to qualify for federal stimulus funds.*
According to Kennedy, the hospital was also prompted to make the upgrade by ChartSmart's range of features and ease of use. "Our nurses and staff liked what we saw in this EMR, and we really appreciated everything that ChartSmart could do for us."
ChartSmart was created by front-line caregivers -- nurses and nurse-programmers -- for real-world ease and effectiveness. "ChartSmart conforms to the way clinicians work, not the other way around," said Custom Software President DeWitt Rhaly. "The intuitiveness is built in, so that busy staffers have fast access to all the information they need." For facilities using ChartSmart, that quick access has translated into greater accuracy, as well as a savings of up to 20 minutes per day per nurse in documentation time.
"We're pleased to be able to offer an innovative product like ChartSmart," Rhaly said. "Which will help our clients reap all the benefits of this exciting new era of automation."

$100 Billion Catalog Shopping Business Re-Imagined for iPads by TheFind
CATALOGUE app Debuts from TheFind on Apple and Android Tablets; t-Commerce Arrives on a single app with all your catalogs
SAN FRANCISCO, May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- TheFind, a leading facilitator of online, mobile, and offline commerce and partner to thousands of stores and brands, today launched CATALOGUE - the only app that re-imagines the $100 billion catalog shopping experience for iPad and Android tablets. At launch, CATALOGUE includes the spring collections from national retailers, catalogs and brands that include Crate and Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Sephora, eBags, Stella & Dot, Sundance, Tea Collection, Uggs, and many others. Currently, CATALOGUE is focused on the brands and catalogs that match the early demographics of tablet ownership. As of the initial release, 30 catalogs are included in CATALOGUE, while TheFind is actively working with more than 70 titles, all of which are expected to appear in CATALOGUE within the next 30-60 days.
"Many retailers report that already half of what they consider to be mobile traffic is coming through tablet devices," wrote Sucharita Mulpuru, vice president, principal analyst with Forrester Research, Inc. in the January 2011 report, Five Retail eCommerce Trends To Watch In 2011. "This is likely to lead to a new subset of mobile commerce: tablet commerce (you read it here first: T-commerce)...enabling easy browsing in a living room, during a bus commute to work, or at an airport."
"We are very excited to partner with TheFind on creating a unique tablet shopping experience that leverages our strengths in merchandising with TheFind's demonstrated capabilities in mobile and tablet commerce," said John Seebeck, vice president of eCommerce for Crate and Barrel. "We're impressed with how TheFind re-imagines the catalog shopping experience for the new and promising tablet medium."
Backed by a patented and searchable index of some 500,000 stores and 450 million products, and buoyed by the success of its highly rated and popular mobile apps, which have been downloaded more than one million times, TheFind is uniquely positioned to deliver a tablet shopping experience that stimulates consumer demand across hundreds of stores with the sort of tactile discovery and inspiration that drives retailers' existing paper catalog businesses.
"Even today, catalog shopping is a $100 billion business, with more than 20 billion catalogs being printed and delivered via the postal service to people's homes," said Siva Kumar, CEO of TheFind. "Retailers continue to invest in this business because they stimulate demand and inspire consumers in a way that no other medium has matched; but the emergence of tablets with their tactile approach and high resolution screens presents an opportunity to revolutionize and reinvent a massive retail channel."
Beyond tablet shopping, Kumar noted that TheFind is also investing in a similar application for Facebook, recognizing a parallel opportunity to create a socially-curated shopping experience on tablet computers that leverages 'Likes' from Facebook and the deep index of TheFind's CATALOGUE app for tablets.
CATALOGUE is available for free download at here: http://www.thefind.com/tablet as well as in the iTunes App Store, Android Market and Amazon app store.

FreeWave to Showcase Its Latest Wireless Data Radio Offerings for Wind Energy at AWEA 2011
Company also announces partnership with Turningpoint Wind for wind turbine condition monitoring solution
ANAHEIM, Calif., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AWEA WINDPOWER CONFERENCE, (Booth #1209) -- FreeWave Technologies (http://www.freewave.com), manufacturer of the most reliable, high-performance spread spectrum and licensed radios for critical data transmission, today announced it will demonstrate its latest wireless data radios and service offerings for the wind energy industry at AWEA 2011. The company also will be highlighting how it has partnered with industry leader, Turningpoint Wind, to offer a complete wind condition monitoring solution for wind farm operators across the globe (see today's news release entitled, "Turningpoint and FreeWave Technologies Partner to Mitigate Wind Turbine Failure Through Vibration Monitoring Solution").
FreeWave will be showcasing its line of FGR2-PE wireless data radios, a communications solution for a number of wind applications, such as orientation and positioning, tracking controls, status updates, telemetry, SCADA, temperature and pressure monitoring and performance reporting. The company's FGR2-PE offers industrial serial and Ethernet wireless connectivity using license-free spread spectrum for data communication over long distances.
Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) radios, like FreeWave's FGR2-PE, typically are much less expensive to install than cable or fiber and do not have the recurring fees of satellite and cell phone technologies. In addition, if an operator can stop a turbine from a potential disaster by detecting problems before they occur, they can achieve immeasurable savings in machine repairs or replacements, not to mention lost production time or even fines. With FreeWave's FGR2-PE radios, the investment in an RF network isn't only useful for vibration monitoring, however. The devices can be deployed on meteorological systems for remote monitoring of wind speed and direction as measured by an anemometer, or the RPM of the actual engine itself within the turbine. With these radios, they can be expanded upon without having to add more devices.
"FreeWave's wireless data radio technology is a great cost-effective and scalable option for operators to tap when it comes to ensuring a trouble-free wind turbine," explained Ashish Sharma, chief marketing officer at FreeWave. "The FGR2-PE's ability to communicate over long distances reliably and in environments with a lot of RF noise is the reason why companies, like Turningpoint, have selected it to ensure smooth, uninterrupted communications for its customers."
The FGR2-PE is compatible with other FreeWave FGR plus family radios and offers users a second, switched Ethernet port as well as two serial ports to meet the demands of customers' wireless automation requirements. The future-proof combination of two serial ports and two switched Ethernet ports offers customers the ability to transition from serial to Ethernet data communication without having to replace their wireless communication hardware down the road, or operate both serial and Ethernet communication independently and simultaneously on one radio platform. This cost-effective flexibility of the FGR2-PE product also reduces the need for additional hardware.

Net Savings Link Brand Delivers Market Diversity With Opening of New Fund Raiser Division - First in the Recently Announced Organizational Discount/Savings Category
CLEARWATER, Fla., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Savings Link, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CXLT),a company in the business of building a diversified brand that continually delivers more choices of quality discount deals and savings to the mass consumer markets of individuals, families, organizations, and networks throughout the United States, announced today the opening of the Fund Raising Division - first to market in commencing sales within the recently announced Corporate/Organizational Category.
"Any large organization, church, non-profit - virtually any association with a funding requirement, will now be able to deliver a completely 'turn key' fund raiser to its members without any investment or inventory purchase, and can be operational in under 72 hours. The organization simply contacts us, or is contacted by a member of our sales team, who takes them to our on line Fund Raising Program, where we can demonstrate how it benefits the organization, and then prepare their respective handouts, banners, emails and turn key website to accept payments. The organization then offers a one year membership in Net Savings Link, that can deliver thousands in discounts and savings to their members, by utilizing their personalized sales flyers and website, where they collect their own member's payments and deliver the membership instantly.
"Currently the membership and fund raising support system is all available for $20, from which the organization forwards the sum of $10 per membership to Net Savings Link once a week," said CEO & President, David Saltrelli.
As an example, a church with 1,500 families "in their fund raising mode", would be capable of selling 4,500 memberships in the short term, totaling $90,000 which would be split equally with Net Savings Link. Over time, the church might be able to sell another 4,500 from referrals that bought the original 4,500. This type of fund raising project is perfect for organizations that need to raise large sums of money since, contrary to typical consumable fund raising products, our product can save members thousands of dollars for just their $20 donation, that they probably would have contributed regardless. Every one wins, and the organization has a fundraiser that just "keeps on giving."
Net Savings Link will initially augment sales efforts by employing sales agencies and providers that already possess established business relationships with potential new organizational customers. With established customers, we should be able to have hundreds of organizations selling our product as a fundraiser within a relatively short period of time.
"This announcement is landmark, since it demonstrates the capability for Net Savings Link to develop a brand that delivers not only more diversified choices of quality discount deals and savings to individual members and families, but to service the vast corporate and organizational markets at the same time," added Saltrelli.

Verizon Wireless Turns on 4G LTE in Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina on June 16, 2011
GREENVILLE, S.C., May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon Wireless announced today it is turning on the world's first large-scale 4G LTE (Fourth Generation, Long Term Evolution) Network in Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. on June 16, 2011. Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE Mobile Broadband network is the fastest and most advanced 4G network in America.
The deployment of Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE in Greenville-Spartanburg also provides LTE coverage throughout the surrounding areas of Clemson, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Greer, Taylors, Inman, Central, Liberty, Mauldin, Wellford, Inman, Berea, Lyman, Startex, Roebuck, and White Stone.
4G LTE provides wireless consumers access to services up to 10 times faster than the company's industry-leading 3G network. With this latest progression of wireless technology, the company expects average data rates in real-world, loaded network environments to be 5 to 12 megabits per second (Mbps) on the downlink and 2 to 5 Mbps on the uplink.
These speeds will allow for smooth mobile video-conferencing, multiple simultaneous video streams, speedy transfer of large files, running of powerful programs, downloading of songs in seconds and movies in minutes, and numerous other applications to improve efficiency and productivity wirelessly.
The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE technology also will improve coverage strength inside buildings, as it runs on a powerful 700 megahertz wireless frequency.
"Verizon Wireless is making the best network even better," said Jerry Fountain, the president of the Carolinas/Tennessee Region for Verizon Wireless. "Our initial 4G LTE launch gives customers access to the fastest and most advanced mobile network in America. We will quickly expand 4G LTE, and by year-end 2013 we will cover the existing Verizon Wireless 3G coverage area. The activation of our lightning fast 4G LTE network in the Upstate is further evidence of our commitment to and investment in the residents of this area."
4G LTE Mobile Broadband Data Plans and Devices
Verizon Wireless customers can choose from two 4G LTE Mobile Broadband data plans: $50 monthly access for 5GB monthly allowance or $80 monthly access for 10GB monthly allowance, both with $10/GB overage. For laptop connectivity, two 4G LTE USB modems and two 4G LTE Mobile Hotspots are currently available: the LG VL600, Pantech UML290, MiFi® 4510L 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot, and Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot, each $99.99 after $50 rebate with a new two-year agreement.
Greenville-Spartanburg, S.C. customers will also be able to access 4G LTE services on a suite of new devices including smartphones from HTC - such as the newly launched HTC Thunderbolt - LG, Motorola and Samsung; tablets from Motorola and Samsung; and two notebooks from HP.
All the 4G LTE devices are "backward compatible" and - when not in a 4G LTE coverage area -provide access to the Verizon Wireless 3G network.
Verizon Wireless' 700 MHz spectrum gives the company specific advantages with 4G, including improved in-building penetration and a contiguous, nationwide network footprint. The company is building its 4G LTE network with the same commitment to performance and reliability for which it has long been recognized. Verizon Wireless' laser focus on reliability is based on rigid engineering standards and a disciplined deployment approach year after year.

Morris Mohawk Gaming Group Expands to New Territories
LONDON, May 23, 2011/PRNewswire/ -- The Morris Mohawk Gaming Group (MMGG and at MorrisMohawk.ca),
with a gaming license in Kahnawake, Canada, have licensed the Bodog.eu domain
from the global brand owner BodogBrand.com as part of MMGG's international
expansion program. MMGG made the decision in December 2010 to expand
internationally and has already started work on one new country. Its current
domain license for Bodog.com will be allowed to expire once the transition is
complete. MMGG's expansion will not impede or prejudice those markets in
which the other Brand Licensees currently operate and retain exclusivity
over.
Alwyn Morris, CEO of MMGG stated: "The experience of history
tells us not to stand still and we feel this more global domain will appeal
more directly to the new markets we plan to enter. We did the deal with
BodogBrand.com for the .eu domain last year but are ready to cut over
globally now. Like many in the gaming world we will be looking at Asia very
closely and there are many markets that Bodog88.com, the brand's Asian facing
licensee, is not interested in. We also have our eyes on some exciting market
opportunities in Latin America."
Starting this week, everyone in every country that is able to access
Bodog.com will be using Bodog.eu.
