NETGEAR Completes Asset Acquisition of Customer Networking Solutions Business of Westell Technologies, Inc.

On March 17, 2011, NETGEAR entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Westell to purchase certain intellectual property and other assets of CNS at a purchase price of approximately $33.5 million. NETGEAR will inherit almost all of the customers of CNS and the CNS product line will be incorporated into NETGEAR's service provider line of products.

Stins Coman Grants 12 Month Extension to RiT Technologies' Convertible Loan Agreement
TEL AVIV, Israel, April 18, 2011/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RiT Technologies (NASDAQ: RITT) and Stins Coman Inc., RiT's
controlling shareholder, today announced that they have extended the term of
their convertible loan agreement by an additional 12 months until June 11,
2012. During this extended period, RiT may call for any additional portion of
the loan.
The terms of the loan remain unchanged from the original
agreement signed in June 2009.
The term of the original loan was previously extended by 12
months in February, 2010, and is now being extended for an additional 12
months. According to the original loan agreement, Stins Coman has provided
RiT with a credit line of up to $10 million, with the outstanding principal
accruing at an annual interest rate of 2.47%. All amounts drawn, together
with all accrued interest, are payable over a period of 36 months following
the receipt of each loan tranche. The original agreement also granted Stins
Coman the right, at any time, to convert the outstanding principal amount and
accrued interest, in whole or in part, into ordinary shares of RiT, at a
per-share conversion price equal to the market price of RiT shares on NASDAQ
on the day RiT receives the funds plus a 10% premium. All of these original
provisions remain unchanged in the extended agreement.
As of April 18 2011, RiT has drawn approximately $5.8 million
of the loan.

Anti-piracy Software Leader to Accelerate Global Expansion Plans

software company based in Glasgow and California which has developed products

FairPoint's Network Enables Wireless Carriers to Expand 4G Coverage, Speed and Connectivity in Northern New England
Wireless meets wired with FairPoint's fiber-to-tower project
CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FairPoint Communications today announced it has embarked on an exciting investment in its VantagePoint network that will support more high-speed wireless services and extend fiber into more communities across Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
This fiber-optic build supplies critical infrastructure known as "backhaul" for wireless traffic in the region, and will address the exploding bandwidth needs being driven by new applications for smart phones, tablets and other wireless devices. Today FairPoint supports 3G service on more than 1,600 towers in its northern New England footprint. In the transformation to 4G, FairPoint will have the capacity to provide Ethernet-over-fiber service to more than half of the towers with this initial network expansion.
"FairPoint's Ethernet-over-fiber build to the towers will significantly increase the bandwidth to the cellular towers so that the carriers can, in turn, meet their next generation needs in the region," said Paul H.
