Next Fifteen Launches Beyond, A New Type of Digital Consultancy

According to Needham & Co.'s Charlie Wolfe, latest report for Q2, Mac sales grew 35% compared to the standard market growth rate of 20.9%. Wolfe notes that Mac shipments in government, however, grew an astonishing 200%; sixteen times more than market growth of 12.1%. AT&T Invests More Than $9 Million in Its Hawaii Wireless Network
HONOLULU, Sept. 9 -- In just the first six months of this year, AT&T* invested more than $9 million in its wireless networks to continue improving customer service in Hawaii. The wireless investment in Hawaii is part of an overall capital investment of $11 million into AT&T's wireless and wireline networks in the state during the first half of 2010.
Service enhancements included:
-- Adding three new cell sites throughout the Islands, including in areas
such as Oahu, Kahului, Maui and Wheeler AFB. These additions create
more network capacity so wireless coverage is expanded and improved;
-- Upgrading three additional cell sites to mobile broadband service, the
fastest wireless technology AT&T provides;
-- The investment also includes upgrades to the AT&T wireline
infrastructure, such as additional AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots and extended
reach of broadband services.
AT&T customers are seeing the results of this investment with faster mobile broadband speeds and strong reliability, according to the latest round of comprehensive drive testing by Global Wireless Solutions Inc. (GWS). This GWS testing showed that AT&T maintained the nation's fastest mobile broadband network, connected more than 98 percent of calls on the first attempt, and carried 98.65 percent of calls to completion, a difference of less than one call out of 1,000 from the only higher-scoring provider.
AT&T Hawaii President Dan Youmans said his company's local investment creates many advantages for the people of Hawaii.
"Our investment stimulates the economy and fosters employment for U.S. workers," Youmans said. "We are proud of that. In fact, AT&T has invested more in the last three years than any of our U.S. competitors. That creates economic growth across the board. Even in this troubled economy, we plan to invest $18-$19 billion this year, assuming the regulatory environment remains favorable. Our plan to invest up to 10 percent more than we did last year--again in these tough economic times--is a major commitment to our customers. But it's also a huge commitment to our state and to our nation."
Tammi Terrell, AT&T's vice president and general manager in Hawaii, said that AT&T remains focused on making the nation's fastest mobile broadband network even faster.
"Our investment strategy allows us to continue increasing speeds, which means our capabilities continue to grow with our customers. Average national mobile broadband network speeds during the first six months of 2010 are up more than 25 percent, based on internal data." These faster speeds have been delivered even as AT&T has managed unprecedented growth in mobile data usage. Over a three-year period (2007-2009), mobile data traffic on AT&T's wireless network jumped about 5,000 percent.
"Put that in perspective," said Terrell. "Can you imagine if traffic on H-1 increased 5,000 percent? It would be an impossible situation, worse than the 60-mile traffic jam recently in China. But we have not only met that unprecedented growth; our network serves customers better and faster than before.
"No other company in the country has faced that kind of growth. There's no way to tell how their networks would have fared. But we've been tested by fire--like none other--and because of that, our customers are benefiting."
The network investment complements the introduction of new wireless data plans that make the benefits of mobile broadband more affordable for more people. Customers can choose the data plan that best fits their needs, starting with the DataPlus plan at $15 per month.

Hyland Software Opening New International Data Centers
Software as a Service (SaaS)-deployed OnBase OnLine will be available to customers on five continents in 2011

UFCW Automates Open Enrollment With the Benefitfocus Platform

QXM Receives Proposal From its Parent Company XING Regarding Purchase of Minority Shareholdings
BEIJING, Sept. 9 -- Qiao Xing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. (NYSE:QXM) ("QXM" or the "Company"), a manufacturer of mobile handsets in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC"), today announced that it has received a proposal from its parent company, Qiao Xing Universal Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: XING, or "XING"), regarding the acquisition of all outstanding ordinary shares of QXM that XING does not currently own, by way of a Scheme of Arrangement (the "Proposed Transaction") under British Virgin Islands law. XING has proposed to offer 1.9 shares of its common stock plus US$0.80 in cash for each QXM share held by persons other than XING (the "Minority Shareholders"). TeleTracking's RadarFind Responds to Hospital Engineering Challenges
Real time locating system offers tamper-resistant reader, application-specific tags
MORRISVILLE, N.C., Sept. 9 -- RadarFind, a subsidiary of TeleTracking Technologies, has developed a tamper-resistant version of its real time locating system's (RTLS) plug-in readers to further address hospital patient safety needs.
Developed at the request of hospital clients, the tamper-resistant reader features a shutter system that prevents patients from inserting paper clips, pins and similar objects into the slots containing the energized contacts. The product enhancement fully complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) safety standards applicable to tamper-resistant receptacles and patient care areas; many states commonly adopt NEC standards as law. When the RadarFind system is fully deployed throughout a hospital facility, these devices are typically used in high-risk areas where there may be limited supervision such as pediatric units, alcoholism and substance abuse units, psychiatric units, exam rooms and waiting areas.
RadarFind's enhanced plug-in readers are part of a distributed sensor-network based system where intelligent RTLS tags continuously communicate with readers placed throughout a hospital facility to report location, status, contextual awareness and environmental conditions regarding medical devices and people. Their pass-through design accommodates most electrical outlets, yet preserves electrical sockets for use by other medical equipment. RadarFind offers hospitals their choice of electrical socket colors to match existing outlets, including red receptacles to indicate outlets that are powered by back-up generators in the event of an electrical power outage.

Microsoft Flight Now Featured on Fly Away Simulation
Microsoft's next flight simulator release, Microsoft Flight, is now being featured on the Fly Away Simulation flight simulation website.
LONDON, Sept. 9 -- The team at Fly Away Simulation has added a whole new dimension to its flight simulator portal following an exciting announcement by Microsoft. Microsoft has announced that they will be releasing the next in its series of flight simulator packages for PC users, with the next release being called Microsoft Flight.
Microsoft Flight is set to become the biggest complete flight simulator package available to PC users. With drastic enhancements in technology, and more powerful machines for the software to run on, the graphics will be like nothing yet seen in a simulation package.
Fly Away Simulation have already begun opening up sections of their website to cover this release. While actual news and information on the product is somewhat speculation at the moment, they have covered all angles on their website.

Over a three-year period (2007-2009), mobile data traffic on AT&T's wireless network jumped about 5,000 percent.
"Put that in perspective," said Larussa. "Can you imagine if traffic on the I-10 increased 5,000 percent? It would be an impossible situation, worse than the 60-mile traffic jam recently in China. But we have not only met that unprecedented growth, our network serves customers better and faster than before. No other company in the country has faced that kind of growth. AT&T Invests Nearly $350 Million in Illinois in Its Wireless Network
CHICAGO, Sept. 9 -- In just the first six months this year, AT&T* invested nearly $350 million in its wireless network to continue improving customer service in Illinois. This wireless investment is part of an overall capital investment of nearly $700 million in AT&T's wireless and wireline networks in Illinois during the first half of 2010.
Service enhancements have included:
-- Adding new cell sites and distributed antenna systems, expanding
mobile broadband services, and installing new equipment to increase
capacity throughout the state, including the greater Chicago area,
Kankakee and Decatur.
-- The investment also includes upgrades to the AT&T wireline
infrastructure, such as expanded AT&T U-verse® services, an AT&T Wi-Fi
hotzone in Chicago to complement the mobile broadband experience for
AT&T customers who use Wi-Fi enabled devices while in Wrigleyville,
additional AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots, and extended reach of broadband
services.
AT&T customers are seeing the results of this investment with faster mobile broadband speeds and strong reliability, according to the latest round of comprehensive drive testing by Global Wireless Solutions Inc. (GWS).
