Hasso Plattner Institute's Research Lab Opens Its Doors to Scientists From All Over the World

TI nano timers extend the lifetime of battery-powered and energy harvesting systems

The TPL5000 with watchdog timer and TPL5100 with MOS driver draw only 30 nA of current, a reduction of 90 percent compared to competitive solutions. They also replace a microcontroller's (MCU's) internal timer, allowing the MCU to remain in low-power sleep mode. As a result, these programmable devices allow designers to achieve system standby power savings of up to 80 percent over existing solutions. Elbit Imaging Ltd. Announces (1) Court's Resolution Regarding the Results of Creditors Meeting and (2) Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Elbit Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: EMITF) (the "Company") announced today, further to its
announcement on July 22, 2013, that the Tel Aviv District Court (the "Court"), in a ruling
dated August 19, 2013, rejected the Company's position that the unsecured creditors of the
Company approved the resolution at the Company's creditors' meetings held on July 15, 2013
and July 17, 2013, to approve the Company's proposed plan of arrangement of its unsecured
financial debt (the "Arrangement") and the transactions contemplated thereby, and, as a
result, the Court ruled that the Company did not receive the votes required for approval
of the Arrangement. The Court stated that nothing in its ruling sets forth the Court's
position regarding the advisability of the Arrangement, and directed the Company and its
creditors to attempt to negotiate a revised Arrangement within a short time period.
The Company also announced the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its
shareholders, held on Monday, August 19, 2013, in Bnei Brak, Israel. At the meeting, the
resolution to approve the Arrangement was approved. The resolution to approve the proposed

(SCEI) announced today that it will introduce new color variations for PlayStation®4 (PS4(TM)) Wireless Controller (DUALSHOCK®4) in "Magma Red" and "Wave Blue", concurrently with the launch of PS4(TM) in Europe, at a recommended retail price (RRP) of EUR 59 / £ 54 (including tax). They will also become available in North America at a RRP of US$ 59 / Canada$ 59 (including tax) and Latin America* later this year.
DUALSHOCK®4 in "Magma Red" and "Wave Blue" are the first color variations, representing two of the most popular colors among PlayStation® users. Walmart Taking Xbox One and PS4 Pre-Orders In Stores Nationwide Starting August 24
Retailer Providing Customers 'Pay As You Go' Option
BENTONVILLE, Ark., Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Walmart is making it easier to be among the first to play the long-anticipated Microsoft Xbox(®) One and Sony PlayStation(®) 4. Starting, Saturday, August 24, customers can visit Walmart stores nationwide to pre-order the console of their choice. Quantities are limited so customers are encouraged to secure their console early.
"We know millions of our customers can't wait to get their hands on the Xbox One and PS4," said Laura Phillips, senior vice president of Entertainment for Walmart U.S. "As the current market share leader in video game hardware and accessories, customers can trust Walmart to have the latest gaming consoles and new releases available at a great low price."
Customers simply need to see an associate in the Electronics department and take the following steps to secure the PS4((TM)) or Xbox(®) One:
-- Provide a 10 percent down payment - $40 for PS4((TM)) and $50 for Xbox
One.
-- Make payments over time or in full when the console becomes available.
-- Pick up the console on the launch date. Walmart will hold pre-ordered
consoles for customers wanting more time to pay it off until December
13, 2013.
The Xbox(®) One Day One Edition console for $499.00 includes an Xbox One System, Kinect, Day One Commemorative Edition Controller, an Exclusive Achievement and Special Edition Packaging. The PS4((TM)) console for $399.00 includes a PlayStation(®) 4 System, DualShock 4 Controller and Wired Mono Headset. Walmart will also offer customers the option to reserve extra controllers and select games such as Forza Motorsport 5, Deadrising 3, Ryse, Killzone, Knack and Driveclub for $59.96 each.
